That's Mr. Yuck! Remember him? They gave out Mr. Yuck stickers at school. You were supposed to put them on poison and household chemicals so little kids wouldn't drink them, but I guess it backfired.

I think I got one of those the same day they handed out that piece of black cardboard with the white silloutte of a hand that people put in there windows for lost kids to go as a safe-haven. Rememeber that? Or was that a Denver thing?
